All Celebrations for Darwin, Science and Humanity to take place on/or near February the 12th 2007 will be placed below.
After February 12th 2007 we expect to use our promotional and educational materials that have been previously developed -- for all of us to mount an effort to acquire the support from our Local, State and National governments in the form of official resolutions proclaiming February the 12 th of each year to be 'Darwin Day' in recognition of Science and Humanity. Previous outreach efforts will expand each and every year between 2005 and 2009 and beyond so that a Common Global Celebration of Science and Humanity can be realized. A sample of a State Proclamation enacted by the Govenor of Ohio appears below as a model for you to consider.
