Yesterday I tried to notify you that I received the signed certification
from Paul Abramson that he had read the contract and would abide by the
parts that applied to him if he were elected a trustee.  The e-mail did
not get sent because of a fatal flaw in the address.  Paul was to send
duplicates to Art and Claire.  This clears the way for the Sec. of the
Committee of Trustees to notify the Sec. of the Chapter Assembly Board
of Directors (it is now a corporation) that our nominee is Paul
Abramson.   The address of Chas. Archibald  is;

It appears that the Secretary of the COT is to notify the Sec of the Chapter
Assembly Board of Directors that our nominee is Paul Abramson at the above
address.

Claire, that's you!  I would give them a little info about Paul and how to
reach him so they can have whatever interaction they might desire with him
before voting.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you with
this.
