Following is my repely to the letter we all received from LK today.

Mr. Lloyd Kumley, CA Chair

        Thanks you for your reply about Paul Abramson. I will get in touch
with him as soon as possible and present him with the list of questions you
would like him to answer.
        Please be aware that we, the remaining four trustees, gave quite a
lot of thought before suggesting him as an addition and were satisfied with
his qualifications. We hope you and the Board will be as well.
        If you would be so kind as to give me names and email addresses for
the remaining Board members who require information about the nomination, I
will  send them each a copy. (May  I assume that the list to whom your
letter was sent comprises this information?)
        We were hoping to have Mr. Abramson qualified by now. His
background in finance has led him to  suggest a few alternate investment
strategies for our fund, so we hope to have him aboard as soon as possible.
Perhaps this month we can take care of the details and provide you and the
Board with whatever you require to facilitate the acceptance.
