Attached is the current Application form for grants for the year 2000.  This
is not the final form as we won't know the amount available for grants until
after Dec. 31, 1999.  However, this form can be used by chapters to begin
developing their projects and proposals now.

This Grant Application form should be sent to all chapters so that they are
reminded that they need to join the Chapter Assembly and donate to the
Chapter Assembly Fund for Chapter Expansion in order to be eligible for money
in January 2000.

Our hope is that you will publish this Grant Application in the next Grass
Roots News.

Should you be unable to read this attachment, please let me know and I will
send you a paper copy, camera ready for copying and insertion in the GRN.

Thank you for all your work on the newsletter.  It is a fine publication and
I read every word of it.
