Dear Arthur,
        I feel like a real fink being unable to help out with this project.
I hope Paul can be there. His enthusiasm alone will make the job less
onderous.
Joe and I had signed up and paid for this confab about 2 months ago. We are
each to be a speaker. It is not something we can cancel. The only thing
that would deter us from going would be if Joe gets worse--I hope not. He
is,at the moment, making excellent progress, more energy every day.
        Aanyway, we will return the 6th or 7th and I hope to be put in
touch with the results.
