In a conversation with Paul Abramson on 7/11/99, we proposed that the COT
meet to discuss our investment philosophy. We might include our investment
advisor at Smith Barney if s/he is willing.  I thought this was a good idea
and agreed to poll the Trustees to see when a good time to meet might be.

Here is when I CANNOT meet: July 29-August 16.

I prefer to meet on weekends, but I bet that isn't good for investment
advisors.  Otherwise, any day but Wednesday is equally good and bad.  Day
time or evening.  I will adjust my schedule.

Arthur, you are in personal contact with our Smith Barney person.  Would you
see if s/he is willing to meet with us?  Maybe we could meet at their office
or ??? My house is available until August 31, when remodeling begins.  It's
still available after that but no guarantee on the condition. Perhaps someone
has another location to suggest.
