But I (and I am sure a lot of others) do not have your address so it can be sent by snail mail. It would be nice if someone on the COT would have an explanation of the operation in the GRASSROOTS NEWS along with the needed addresses to make it easier for chapters to full fill their obligation if they wish to be a part of the grant process.
