Thanks for letting me know that you were successful in getting
the Tax ID Number.  I notice that I was wrong in saying that
I thought all IRS Class (501(c)(3) exempt ID # began with
74.
In re. a meeting with Jeff Alkire, I have non critical
health care appointments which can be re-scheduled for
        Aug. 10th       Capitola        General Medicine
        Oct   8th       Palo Alto       Eyes
        Nov   1st       San Jose        PM & R
        Nov  17th       Palo Alto       Dermatology
I have re-schedulable commitments on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.
