Subject: Re: Review of 5/20 trip to Howard's memorial Date: Fri, 21 May 1999 14:58:58 -0700 From: Arthur Jackson To: PRochelle1@aol.com CC: manysmiles@geocities.com, fgh@cruzio.com, clgordon@earthlink.net Thanks Paula for your timely write-up on our Walnut Creek activities. The Smith Barney office in San Jose is located as indicated below: David Perez River Park Towers 333 West San Carlos, #900 San Jose, CA 95110 (408) 947-2200 FAX: (408) 947-2208 Operations Mgr. Aileen Braga On item #11-b (Where is it best -- moneywise -- to keep the $5000?) I'll plan to check that out when I take the signed client agreements. (Which I will plan to do as soon after I get Claire's as possible.) Also, I will plan to clarify the issue re: taking Howard off the signature list. And, clarifying the issue about having all signatures able to withdraw funds, but only needing one (?) signature to do so. (The person we talked to in Walnut Creek thought that if all person's signatures could withdraw funds, then all persons needed to sign every withdrawl request.) In item #4 it mentions Claire and Arthur, but not Paula. Seems to me Paula's elevation to Chairperson should be included.
