Did you read what he sent? He set priorities for the COT and told the chapters what those priorities were! He reported that we had not reassigned duties before Howard's death, but I recall meeting on April 17 with Howard present, and reassigning duties and titles. He said we would assign duties after another trustee was appointed. I am not happy with Charles sending this to all the chapters without first running it by the other Trustees. It is so easy using email, just like I did with this report from the meeting on Thursday. I wonder how to curb his unilateral actions. Any suggestions? Paula
