Paul,
I am delighted you are willing to consider being nominated as Trustee for the
Chapter Assembly Fund for Chapter Expansion.  Let the discussions begin!

The Trust document I have only in hard copy so I will make you a copy and
mail it to you.  I will also send a hard copy of a financial report from a
CPA prepared earlier this year. Other current writings include minutes from
our March 20 and April 17 meetings as well a cover letter I sent recently to
Lloyd Kumley, Chair of the Chapter Assembly.  They are all attached here.  I
hope.

I have attached 3 files to this message and hope you have the technology to
receive more than one attachment at a time.  If not, let me know and I will
send them all separately.

Also, I use Word 97 for Windows.  If that is not an application you can read
in an attachment, let me know and I will copy the text into the email and
send it that way.

I have sent copies of this to the other Trustees, Claire Gordon, Arthur
Jackson and Charles Hedges.  Feel free to communicate with any of them as you
wish.

We have no deadline for submitting a nomination for Trustee.  The Board of
Directors of the Chapter Assembly needs to vote on our nomination.  They are
meeting in Columbus Ohio on June 4.  I see little chance that a nominating
process be complete in time for them to vote at their meeting.  There is not
enough time for phone interviews and such so we will not trouble ourselves
trying.  It is too bad we didn't have a little more time before their meeting
and maybe we could have done it.

Thanks for considering being a Trustee.  I think you would be a valuable
member of the Committee and I hope you join us.
